I understand how overwhelming it can feel to manage the pressures of daily life while also trying to process past experiences or navigate personal struggles. Whatever your goals may be, we will work together collaboratively to reach them.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I have a devotion and passion for supporting teens and adults dealing with a variety of issues such as life transitions, multicultural concerns, communication challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. My approach is to create a warm and inviting environment through communication and acceptance. I will work with you to foster an open, honest, and reliable relationship as we work through the challenges you are facing. You have made a crucial first step in seeking help, and I’m honored to support you on your journey.

In my practice, I use a trauma-informed and evidence-based approach through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and others. Regardless of the method or approach, I will provide you with skills, tools, support, and unconditional positive regard as you work towards your goals. I look forward to getting to know you.
