Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling is available for children (refer to the play therapy section), adolescents/teens, and adults. Here are a few examples of areas I can help support:

  • Depression - overcoming low mood, isolation, and sadness

  • Codependency - enforcing healthy boundaries in relationships

  • Trauma healing - process and recover from traumatic experiences

  • Self-esteem - changing the internal narratives about yourself

  • Stress management - implementing healthy coping skills

  • Relationship challenges - identifying your needs and effective communication

  • Work-related stressors - identifying strategies for a healthier work-life balance

  • Life transitions - navigating major life events such as a death, a move, a new marriage or divorce


Family Counseling

Sometimes, the entire family is impacted by tragedy, trauma, conflict, or challenges. In these situations, it is often helpful for the entire family to heal together. Family counseling is available to provide support, offer insight, and strengthen the relationship of the family system as a whole.
