Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling is available for children (refer to the play therapy section), adolescents/teens, and adults. Here are a few examples of areas we can help support:

Family Counseling

Families can be deeply affected by tragedy, trauma, conflict, or life’s challenges. During these times, healing together can be especially powerful. Family counseling offers a supportive space to enhance communication, rebuild trust, promote healthier relationional functioning, and strengthen the family system.
