The decision to enter therapy is a brave and meaningful step towards self-discovery and healing. My priority is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe in the restorative power of human connection and work to establish a genuine, accepting, and compassionate environment for personal growth and change.

My passion lies with addressing issues related to trauma, whether that be religious trauma, racial trauma, childhood abuse, or addiction. I work with people of all races, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations and I am especially interested in serving marginalized populations in an inclusive and trauma-informed manner.

In therapy, I remain rooted in a holistic, client-centered, and strengths-based approach while drawing on a variety of clinical perspectives as each client brings to the process a unique set of needs and goals. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor.

I work from a belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and carry within them the resources and ability to move past barriers and obtain healing. Therapy may seem intimidating, so my goal is to create a relationship that is collaborative and supportive to meet you right where you are. Whether you have more questions about who I am as a therapist or what the process will entail, I am happy to speak with you to answer any questions.
